And, it's this belief that has brought us to today, as we reveal Zeyro: a new look that houses our shared ambitions under one roof, to turn compliance from a barrier into an enabler.

While our visual identity and name are changing, what stays constant is who we are, what we stand for, and how we support you.

Why the Change?

When we launched Englebert and The Funds Collective, each served a clear purpose. One focused on navigating crypto regulation. The other specialised in fund distribution support. Both shared a common belief: that regulation, when handled right, shouldn’t slow you down; it should fuel progress.

As we grew, so did our impact. Clients increasingly came to us not just for specific approvals, but for end-to-end support: infrastructure, insight, and the commercial clarity to move at pace. We found ourselves working together more often, offering unified guidance across crypto, funds, and everything in between.

The Zeyro brand reflects this natural progression.

The Origin Story

Our founding team hails from across the regulatory ecosystem: the FCA, institutional finance, global crypto policy, and legal practice. We’ve been in the rooms where regulation is written, enforced, challenged, and implemented at scale.

And, we kept seeing the same thing: businesses with great products and strong intentions being slowed - not by the rules themselves, but by guidance that was too abstract to act on. Weeks lost chasing clarity. Months wasted on back-and-forth. Good firms missing out because compliance became a blocker, not an enabler.

So, we set out to change that.

We began by helping crypto firms navigate UK marketing rules. That work quickly grew, first into supporting traditional fund managers, then into building regulatory tech solutions that anticipate change rather than just react to it.

Every engagement reaffirmed our belief: regulation doesn’t have to be obstructive. With the right approach, it can be a catalyst for growth.
