They had advised leading fintech and Web 3.0 firms, shaped regulation at the policy level, built compliant systems at scale, and... had witnessed first-hand the setbacks for business with the potential to shape our future.
From Zeyro to one hundred
In the early days, we began with helping crypto firms navigate complex UK marketing rules; work that quickly grew into supporting traditional fund managers struggling with post-Brexit distribution. From there, we expanded again, building tech solutions that could anticipate new compliance requirements before they landed.

Which brings us to today, as a specialist multi-service firm with one unifying mission: to make the distribution of financial products simpler, faster, and more impactful for our clients.
And today? Whether it’s cryptoasset promotions or cross-border fund marketing under the OFR, we provide the approvals and structures that enable distribution.
